running enough to become part of a three-man challenge to run 1,000 miles over
the course of the year, told MLive.com that Timex wrist watches are excellent

heart beat, much like other timepieces from the company, and instead allows a
runner to look at their heart rate and figure out which one is best for them,
focusing more on the healthier aspect of exercise for each individual.
Mr Pickel continued: "If your goal is to lose weight, burn fat, for most
people exercising between 120 and 140 beats per minute is going to have their
body in an area where it is most ideal for them to burn fat."
